ReelUp ("ReelUp", "we", "us") is a brand owned and operated by INFLUENCE GATE FOR ELECTRONIC APPLICATIONS, Amman, Jordan, together with its affiliate ReelUp Global LLC. We operate a marketplace that connects advertisers, influencers, agencies and business managers. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (https://reelup.org), our web application (https://app.reelup.org), our mobile applications for Android and iOS, and related services.

By using ReelUp you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, phone number, password (stored in encrypted form), account role, profile photo, bio, categories, your country and business address, and other details you add to your profile. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, we receive the identifiers and profile details you authorise.

Content you create and share. Photos, videos, portfolio items, ads, events, vouchers, reviews, profile text, and documents you attach (for example an event permit). Messages you send in chat.

Voice and video. When you make a voice or video call, or use the voice assistant, your device's microphone and camera are used, and audio and video are transmitted to the people on the call. We ask permission before using the microphone or camera, and you can turn either off in your device settings.

Requests to our AI features. What you type or say in the AI features (Smart Feed, AI ad generation, Smart Matching), any image you add, and the profile details used to answer (your name, categories, bio, follower numbers, and summaries of your deals, ads and ratings).

Financial and transaction information. Deal, order, wallet and payout records. Payment and payout details are entered on our payment provider's own pages. We receive the result of the transaction, not your full card number.

Connected social accounts. If you connect a social media account, we collect the public profile details you authorise (for example the account name, follower count and posts) to show on your ReelUp profile.

Device and notification data. A push notification token, and technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address and log data, so we can deliver notifications, keep the service secure and fix problems.

Location. The ReelUp app does not access your device's location (GPS) and does not ask for location permission. The only location information we hold is what you type into your profile yourself, such as your country and your business address. Our servers also receive your IP address with every request (see "Device and notification data" above).

2. How we use your information

- Create and manage your account and profile.
- Connect advertisers with influencers and agencies, and support deals, ads, events and vouchers.
- Process payments, wallet balances and payouts.
- Deliver chat, calls and push notifications.
- Provide AI-powered suggestions and matching when you choose to use them.
- Verify accounts and connected social profiles, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Review reports and keep the community safe (see "Reporting and moderation" below).
- Provide customer support and send service messages.
- Improve, secure and maintain ReelUp, and meet legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

With other users. Your profile, content, ads, events and reviews are visible to other users according to the features you use. Messages and calls are shared with the people you are talking to.

With service providers that process data for us. They may process your data only to provide their service to us:

- Stripe: payment processing and payouts. Payment and payout details are entered on Stripe's own pages; we receive transaction results.
- A local Jordanian bank payment provider: payments made locally in Jordan. Payment details you enter for the local bank payment.
- ZegoCloud: voice and video calls. Audio and video during a call, your display name and account ID.
- Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging): push notifications. Notification token.
- Google (Gemini): AI features. What you send to the AI features and the profile details listed above.
- Cloudflare: hosting and delivering photos, videos and files. The media you upload.
- Google, Apple and Meta (Facebook): sign-in and connecting accounts, when you choose to use them. Sign-in identifiers and the profile information you authorise.

Payments. Payments for ReelUp are collected by one of two companies, depending on where you pay from. Payments from outside Jordan are processed by ReelUp Global LLC, an affiliate of INFLUENCE GATE FOR ELECTRONIC APPLICATIONS, through Stripe. Payments made locally in Jordan through a local bank are collected by INFLUENCE GATE FOR ELECTRONIC APPLICATIONS. We share transaction details between these companies only to process payments, keep records and provide support.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, safety and property of ReelUp and its users.

Business changes. If ReelUp is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, and we will tell you before it becomes subject to a different policy.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website and web application use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the service is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them. The mobile apps do not use advertising identifiers or third-party advertising trackers.

5. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence provided by Google (Gemini). These features are optional. The first time you use one, the app explains what is sent to Google and asks for your agreement. Do not include information in a request that you do not want processed by Google. If you decline, the rest of ReelUp works normally. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Reporting and moderation

You can report a user, ad, event or message from within ReelUp, and block other users. Reports are reviewed by our team, who may remove content or suspend accounts that break our Terms of Service. We keep the report and the reporter's identity confidential from the person reported.

7. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and the personal data tied to it. We keep transaction and payment records only for as long as the law requires.

8. Your rights and choices, and deleting your account

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Delete your account yourself:
- In the app: Profile, Edit Profile, Danger Zone, Delete Account.
- On the web: your profile page, Delete account.
- If you cannot sign in: visit https://app.reelup.org/delete-account, or email support@reelup.org from the address on your account.

For any other request, contact us using the details in section 12. We will respond within the time required by law.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and encrypted password storage. No online service can be completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

10. Children

ReelUp is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact support@reelup.org and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Our service providers may process your data in countries other than your own. We use providers that protect your data under their contractual terms and security commitments.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
