Data Deletion Request

At ReelUp (operated by Influence Gate for Electronic Applications), we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal information.

If you have connected your Facebook, Instagram, or social media accounts to ReelUp and wish to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data, you can do so at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: Email Request

Send an email to our support team with your request:

To: info@reelup.org
Subject: Data Deletion Request - ReelUp Account
Body: Please include the email address associated with your ReelUp account and/or your connected social media handle.

Upon receiving your request, our team will process it and permanently delete your profile, connected account permissions, and personal data from our systems within 30 days.

Method 2: Remove App via Facebook Settings

You can also revoke ReelUp’s access to your Facebook or Instagram data directly through your Facebook account:

Log in to your Facebook account.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Select Apps and Websites from the left-side menu.
Locate ReelUp in the list and click Remove.
